Mojo coming back slowly

Hello my dearest crafting buddies........well I finally think my mojo is coming back. I have had 3 injections on my lower spine and they appear to have worked for now tho I am struggling terribly to reduce my Tramadol - so far I have managed to curt from 8 per day to three so that is a huge achievement tho I have had some terrible nights at the start of the withdrawal period.   Specialist could see my lumbar spine is bent quite badly and I will need further treatment at some point in the future.

But I have been sat at my craft desk umpteen times over the last two or three months struggling to get my head round making a card again but what I have done is gone back to the very beginning and taken our my good old Promarkers and a rubber stamp.....

and here is the result using a fabulous stamp from ArtStamp called Zinouk in the Garden and the sentiment is from Stempelglede. I have to admit to buying three from the range and I love them all.

I am going to enter this into the Less Is More Colour Challenge No 296.
I hope you like what I have achieved after such a long break from crafting.  I look forward to visiting your blogs again too.

Happ crafting my dearest friends!

I am afraid I haven't been blogging lately.  This is due to 3 things:
We lost my nephew 3 weeks ago very suddenly and the family still don't have him home to begin funeral arrangements ;
My back is giving me enormous problems of late ;
And finally I just need a break from the world for a few weeks.
I promise I will be back soon in one way or another.
Enjoy your summer my dear friends.

All Dressed Up Blog Challenge

Hello my friends - I am guilty of neglecting both my blog and my Fb page - mainly due to my back pain. I am trying to chase up appointments with various people and now have to persuade my GP to carry on with my strong painkillers- he feels I have been on them too long!!!!!!!  Yes I know I have - that's because I am in bloody agony!! And nobody will take responsibility for my care...... GP says its physio, physio say its pain clinic - I just want someone to give me my painkillers til I get my appointment thru for my injections. I am losing confidence in them all right now!

Back to my main reason for being here today and that is to promote All Dressed Up final challenge before our well deserved summer break!!

I am playing this time with the gorgeous rubber stamps we were very kindly given by Little Darlings Rubber Stamps!!  I coloured her with my Promarkers for a change and I have to admit to missing them!!!!
I had 6 teacher cards to make for wee Kai to give to his Preschool ladies after two years there - he has come on leaps and bounds there and is so needing Big School in September!  SO needless to say this was a quick CAS card.  Here are the others too but they are Saturated Canary images, an image from A Day for Daisies  and a new artist I found last week on Which Craft called Tracey Easson, (the one with the high bun) so only showing them small so as not to distract from the larger All Dressed Up beauty!!

I can't show the final one yet tho as it is for another post!!!

I do hope you will come along and join in the final Blog Challenge before our break so we can rest up and enjoy the summer!!!

Showcasing the June release digis at All Dressed Up

I have been a naughty blogger but that isn't just me - I have the horrid excuse of a terrible back and along with the current problems I am suffering with Blogger, I am not posting as much as I had hoped.

But I am showing today the gorgeous Perfect Day from the June release over at All Dressed Up -
I am thinking I will stick with CAS cards from now on - have loads of embellishments but have decided they are not for me so will be selling them all very soon.
Don;t forget to visit the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog,  the Facebook page and the Pinterest page for some more fantastic Design Team inspiration!
