Mojo coming back slowly

Hello my dearest crafting buddies........well I finally think my mojo is coming back. I have had 3 injections on my lower spine and they appear to have worked for now tho I am struggling terribly to reduce my Tramadol - so far I have managed to curt from 8 per day to three so that is a huge achievement tho I have had some terrible nights at the start of the withdrawal period.   Specialist could see my lumbar spine is bent quite badly and I will need further treatment at some point in the future.

But I have been sat at my craft desk umpteen times over the last two or three months struggling to get my head round making a card again but what I have done is gone back to the very beginning and taken our my good old Promarkers and a rubber stamp.....

and here is the result using a fabulous stamp from ArtStamp called Zinouk in the Garden and the sentiment is from Stempelglede. I have to admit to buying three from the range and I love them all.

I am going to enter this into the Less Is More Colour Challenge No 296.
I hope you like what I have achieved after such a long break from crafting.  I look forward to visiting your blogs again too.

Happ crafting my dearest friends!
